Our firm has implemented a security-based property watch branch dedicated to properties & estates throughout the Hampton’s.

The new division is spearheaded by a former law enforcement officer with years of experience in the industry and has a vetted team in place to ensure estate functions are running smoothly.

As members of the law enforcement community, we place the utmost value on honor and integrity and are sworn to live by those two virtues at all times. That is why we, as a security-based company, ensure that everyone on our team is thoroughly vetted, is fully capable of completing any task, and is doing the right thing for our clients at all times.
Our innovative “Security Advisory Service” is prepared to provide our clients with the appropriate security solution, every time. We achieve this objective through effective collaboration with our clients and their associates”
Our Property Watching Team is capable of fulfilling any special service requirement of the client. Some of which include but are not limited to:
Serving as a first-responder to the property for any security issues that may arise.
Consulting, reporting and/or addressing any property/home maintenance concerns.
Serving as the “point of contact” for any maintenance workers & contractors working on the client’s property.
Conducting maintenance & security inspections of the property based on the client’s wants/needs (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
Creating unique/customized performance packages for the client based on the needs of the property.
