As an avid international rugby player and jiu-jitsu athlete, fitness has always been a huge part of my identity and daily lifestyle.
I started coaching others professionally, almost ten years ago, first working at The UFC Gym Long Island, where I was able to positively impact the lives of thousands of people through fitness and martial arts.
Since then, I have used martial arts and jiu-jitsu to empower children with special needs, law enforcement personnel, and military professionals.
To me, there is no greater feeling than motivating and inspiring others to achieve their greatest potential.
